A vanity lives in the tightest, wettest room in the house, where the cabinetry has to meet stone, plumbing, and tile with no room to fudge. We work all of that out on paper first — sink cutouts to your slab, drawer banks around the trap, reveals to the wall — then carry the piece through engineering, fabrication, finishing, and installation without it leaving the building. What we draw is what we set, scribed to a wall that is never perfectly straight.
That single chain of authorship is why a Sunshine Alliance vanity still sits true years after the bath is finished. There is no fabricator handing off to an installer who never saw the drawings, and no second company to blame if a drawer binds or a top doesn’t sit flush — one shop owns it from the first drawing to the final adjustment.
Floating, Furniture-Style, and Stone-Topped
A vanity can float off the wall on a clean reveal, stand like a piece of furniture on legs, or anchor a master bath as a double run beneath a shared stone top. We build all of it — floating vanities with integrated LED underlighting, fluted and reeded fronts, curved and radiused cabinetry, powder-room jewel boxes, and full his-and-hers master configurations.
Whatever the brief, the engineering is identical: tight reveals, doors that align across the run, integrated sink cutouts cut to your stone, and a finish built to live in a wet room.

Construction and Hardware
A vanity has to survive a wet room for decades, so every cabinet is built on 3/4″ case construction with CNC-precision joinery in moisture-stable materials. You choose the drawer box to suit the work — dovetailed solid-maple boxes for a traditional, joinery-forward feel, or the Blum LEGRABOX system for a clean European profile. Either way the hardware is Blum throughout — the industry’s benchmark for cabinet motion — and every door and drawer runs soft-close and full-extension, so nothing slams and everything opens to its full depth.
The construction is engineered around plumbing and stone: drawers notched cleanly around the trap so you keep the storage, integrated sink cutouts cut to your slab, and sealed edges built to live with water. Nothing is adapted from a stock size — every vanity is drawn to your room, your top, and your fixtures.
Finished in Our Own Spray Booth
Color is unlimited and the finish is entirely ours to control. From a dead-matte lacquer close to the wood, through every step of satin, to a polished high gloss — plus stain, glaze, and distressing — we mix and spray every vanity in our own Deerfield Beach booth. Nothing leaves to be finished elsewhere.
Because finishing is in-house, the color is matched to whatever anchors the bath — a slab, a tile, a fabric — and the finish is sealed to live in a wet room for years without yellowing or lifting. The result reads as one considered piece, not a stock cabinet refinished to fit.

We make them. Every vanity is designed, built, and installed by Sunshine Alliance on our own floor in Deerfield Beach — never a stock cabinet trimmed to fit. The same team is accountable from drawing to install.
Can you do a full master bath, not just the vanity?
Yes — from a single powder-room piece to a double master run with linen towers, medicine and mirror cabinets, makeup stations, and water-closet storage, all drawn to your room and your stone and finished to match.
Will the cabinetry hold up to bathroom humidity and water?
Yes. We build in moisture-stable materials, seal the finish in our own booth, and run every door and drawer on Blum soft-close hardware chosen to last in a wet room — sink cutouts are cut to your slab so the joint stays clean.
What’s the timeline on a vanity?
Most vanities run about 8–14 weeks in production from shop-drawing approval, depending on scope. We confirm the exact dates at consultation once the design is set.
