About UsCustom Cabinet Manufacturer — South Florida
Built by One Team, Under One Roof
A South Florida cabinetry and millwork manufacturer — not a dealer — drawing, building, finishing, and installing every piece in our own Deerfield Beach factory.
Since 2002, Sunshine Alliance has delivered custom cabinets South Florida homeowners and designers trust — crafted entirely in-house at our Deerfield Beach facility.
The scale behind the shop
From the Founder

I started Sunshine Alliance in 2002 with a 400-square-foot shop and a $600 rent I wasn’t always sure I could cover. What I never doubted was the idea behind it: that if I made the finest cabinetry myself, under my own roof, the work would earn the next job on its own. In the early days I’d go in just to sweep the floors and imagine what the place might become.
I wasn’t doing it alone. My wife, Natalia, has stood beside me at every milestone — the one who believed in where we were going even when the risk frightened her. She has always been the cautious one, and I’ve needed that; her caution has been the ballast to my ambition. In the beginning she was right there on the shop floor with me — building cabinets, applying edgebanding by hand, sweeping up at the end of the night. There was no line between the owners and the work back then. We were the work.
I never imagined this. That first shop is now a 24,000-square-foot factory in Deerfield Beach — we just doubled it — with a team of 56 across design, engineering, production, finishing, and installation, and a showroom in Boca Raton. In 2025 we built 635 homes’ worth of work. But the number I hold onto is a simpler one: everything we make, we still make ourselves.
Today Natalia runs the financial side of the company. She keeps our numbers true and she keeps me honest — making sure that when I reach for the next thing, we never take on more than we can actually deliver. Every ambition I’ve had for this company has had to pass through her judgment first, and the company is stronger for it. Plenty of good shops have grown themselves right into the ground; we’ve grown steadily because she won’t let that happen.
That discipline is part of why the work holds. There are three ways to get cabinetry into a home — import and resell it, order it from a catalog line, or manufacture it. We only do the third. It means one team is accountable from the first drawing to the last adjustment, that what we draw is what we build, and that there’s no one else to point to if something isn’t right. For the builders, designers, and architects who trust us with their work, that’s exactly why they do.
And now the next generation has started to take its place. My oldest, Anna-Julia, has taken over our marketing with a fire that reminds me of my own first days — she runs every post and creates the content herself. She’s also done something I never would have thought of: made this a place people genuinely want to be. Our team comes from all over the world, and she’s brought them together around it — days spent celebrating the countries we each come from, wacky-sock days, pajama days — small things that turn coworkers into a team that actually enjoys the hours they spend here. I can already picture her leading this company one day. My youngest, Alex, isn’t far behind; he’s happiest on the shop floor, pulled toward the fabrication side the way I was, and he’ll be joining us soon.
That’s what all of it has quietly become. What started as one man trying to cover a $600 rent is now the thing I’ll leave to my children — a company whose name was earned honestly, one home at a time, and a standard steady enough to hand on. I still think about the next twenty years: the manufacturer behind Florida’s finest homes, our work across America and the Caribbean, a name for craftsmanship recognized across North America. The difference now is that I’m building it for them to carry — so that on the day I can’t push anymore, this company keeps pushing without me.
That’s where we’re going. Our family would be glad to build something for you on the way there.

Custom Cabinetry & Millwork Manufacturer in South Florida
Sunshine Alliance Cabinets & Millwork designs, manufactures, and installs custom cabinetry and architectural millwork across South Florida — kitchens, closets, vanities, built-ins, and full millwork packages, drawn, built, and set by one team from our Deerfield Beach factory and Boca Raton showroom. We manufacture what we sell; we don’t broker out the work that carries our name.
Everything In-House — Design, Manufacturing, and Installation
Most cabinetry companies do one part of the job and subcontract the rest. We do all three. Our designers translate an architect’s vision or a homeowner’s idea into buildable, beautiful detail. Our shop manufactures it on precision CNC equipment, so what’s drawn is what’s built — to spec, every time. And our own installation crews set it in the home, accountable to the same standard from first cut to final reveal.
One company. One point of accountability. No finger-pointing between a fabricator and an installer who have never met. For builders, designers, and architects, that means a custom millwork partner who hits the drawings and hits the dates.
Our state-of-the-art Deerfield Beach facility operates on full CNC automation and continuous-improvement principles, achieving exacting precision on every component. Powered by advanced project management software and a precision engineering quality system, we manufacture entirely in-house — ensuring consistency, faster turnaround, and rigorous quality control from raw material to finished piece.

A Track Record From South Florida to Across the Country
Our roots are in South Florida — we’ve built for residences from Key Largo to Orlando, estates over 15,000 square feet, waterfront condos in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach, and the interiors of yachts, where space, weight, and finish all have to be perfect at once.
That work now travels. We’ve manufactured and shipped custom cabinetry to homes in New York, Chicago, Aspen, Utah, and Las Vegas — and most recently to the Bahamas and across the Caribbean. When a designer or builder wants Sunshine Alliance craftsmanship, distance is no longer the obstacle it once was: we build it in our Deerfield Beach facility and deliver it to the project, wherever it is.
Builders, designers, and architects bring us in because we make them look good: the millwork lands with a level of craftsmanship a client can feel the moment they walk into the room.
The Team Behind Your Custom Cabinets
Sunshine Alliance employs 56 professionals across every discipline that touches a custom cabinetry project. Our team includes dedicated interior designers and project managers who guide each client through the design and specification process, ensuring that ideas are captured with precision before fabrication begins.
On the production floor, our CNC machinists, cabinet makers, and finishing specialists operate with the discipline of a precision manufacturing environment — every cut, edge, and finish held to a standard that can withstand the scrutiny of the most detail-oriented client. Our installation crews are our own employees, trained on Sunshine Alliance standards, and accountable to the same quality benchmarks as the team that built the pieces they’re setting.
It is the depth and integration of this team — designers who understand manufacturing, fabricators who understand design, and installers who understand both — that makes Sunshine Alliance different from a shop that outsources any one of these functions.

Where Sunshine Alliance Is Heading
Sunshine Alliance is in the middle of its most ambitious chapter. We are scaling from a founder-led shop into a true manufacturing organization — expanding capacity, deepening our leadership across design, production, and installation, and building the systems that let a company of our size deliver consistently as we grow.
Our goal is straightforward, and we are on track to reach it: to become the defining custom cabinetry and millwork manufacturer in South Florida — the name builders, designers, and architects reach for first when the project has to be right. Every investment we make in our team, our facility, and our process is aimed there.
When you work with Sunshine Alliance today, you are working with a company that is actively building itself to serve more demanding projects at a higher level of consistency — without ever losing the craftsmanship and personal accountability that got us here.
