Sunshine Alliance Cabinets & Millwork Inc. (“Sunshine Alliance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. When you fill out a form on the Site, call, email, text, or visit our showroom, we may collect:

  • Your project address or city
  • Details about your project, such as rooms, measurements, drawings, photos, budget, and timeline
  • Any other information you choose to include in your message
  • Your text message consent preferences (whether you opted in or out, and when)

Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 5).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and requests for consultation
  • To schedule and confirm showroom appointments and site visits
  • To prepare quotes and estimates and to follow up on them
  • To design, manufacture, deliver, and install your project, and to send you project updates
  • To send text messages you have agreed to receive (see Section 4)
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site, including preventing spam and fraud
  • To understand how visitors use the Site and measure our advertising
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers that help us run our business and the Site, such as website hosting, email delivery, phone and text messaging providers, form and anti-spam tools, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Project partners you ask us to coordinate with, such as your builder, architect, or interior designer.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others.
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers (such as our phone and messaging carrier) that we use to deliver the text messages.

If you opt in to receive text messages from Sunshine Alliance Cabinets & Millwork at (561) 367-3652, we use your mobile number only to send you messages about showroom appointment confirmations, project updates, and quotes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for help. 5. Cookies and Third-Party Services

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the Site
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure and improve our advertising
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, to protect our forms from spam and abuse
  • Embedded content from YouTube, Instagram, and our review provider (Trustindex), which may set their own cookies when you view it

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, complete and support your project (including warranty service), and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Records of your text message consent and opt-outs are kept as required by law.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

  • You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
  • You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top shows when it was last changed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
