Sunshine Alliance Cabinets & Millwork is a custom cabinetry and millwork manufacturer in Deerfield Beach — South Florida’s bespoke millwork partner for builders, designers, and developers, with more than two decades of precision manufacturing behind every piece we deliver.
We are not a dealer, and we are not a reseller. Every piece we deliver is drawn by our own engineers, cut and assembled on our own floor, finished in our own spray booth, and set in place by our own installers. That single chain of authorship — drawing to delivery — is why our work holds its line: door to door, room to room, and years after the job closes.
When we say custom, we mean it without an asterisk. There is no shape, size, species, or finish we can’t make, because we own every step of making it.

A custom cabinet is only as honest as the shop behind it. Ours is a team of 56 designers, craftspeople, machinists, and installers — working under one roof in Deerfield Beach. Sales, design and engineering, production, finishing, and installation all operate together. Nothing leaves the building to be built elsewhere and shipped back.
That control is the whole point. We engineer lighting, hardware, and reveals at the drawing stage, not as an afterthought. We match grain across a run so the eye never catches a seam. And because we finish in-house, color and sheen are entirely open to you — from a dead-matte close to the wood through every step to polished high gloss, matched to a paint chip, a stone slab, or a fabric you hand us.
Our production runs on full CNC automation and Six Sigma quality principles. Defects are caught on the floor, not on the job site.

01 — Design: Every project begins with a dedicated design consultation. Our team collaborates closely with architects, builders, and homeowners to translate vision into precise technical drawings and 3D renderings. Guided by Six Sigma methodology, every specification is documented and approved before a single cut is made.
02 — Manufacture: Our facility operates on full CNC automation and Kaizen continuous improvement principles, achieving millimetric precision on every component. We manufacture entirely in-house — ensuring flawless consistency, faster turnaround, and uncompromising quality control from raw material to finished piece.
03 — Install: Our white-glove installation teams execute every project with the discipline of a Lean manufacturing workflow — zero waste, zero rework, on schedule. Each piece is installed by our own craftsmen, never subcontracted. Your space is left spotless, on time, and exactly as designed.
CUSTOM KITCHENS
The kitchen is the room a home is measured by, and it earns no second chances on fit or finish. We build each one to your plan — not a catalog’s — from 3/4″ plywood as our standard, with top-quality European hinges and full-extension runners on every door and drawer. Color is unlimited and the finish is ours to control, so the cabinetry reads as one considered piece rather than a set of parts.
We work across the full range — from sleek, handle-free European layouts to painted shaker kitchens, double-island estates to compact urban galleys. Every door profile, every interior fitting, every integrated appliance panel is drawn, cut, and assembled in our Deerfield Beach facility before it ever reaches your home.
Island configurations, butler’s pantries, wine columns, custom range hoods, open shelving with integrated lighting — we design and build the entire room, not just the cabinet boxes. The result is a kitchen that feels calm and resolved the moment you walk in, and stays that way for generations.
BATHROOM VANITIES & MASTER BATHS
A vanity has nowhere to hide — it sits at eye level and gets touched every day. We design yours to your space and your routine: single or double, floating or furniture-style, with the drawer banks, lighting, and stone integration worked out before a single part is cut.
We build in every species and finish — from white-gloss lacquer to hand-oiled walnut, fluted fronts to flat slab, with undermount or vessel sink configurations and fully custom hardware cutouts. Mirror frames, medicine cabinets, and linen towers are designed as part of the same piece, not sourced separately and hoped to match.
Whether it’s one powder room or a full primary suite spanning his-and-hers dressing rooms, you choose every detail. We handle every dimension, every tolerance, and every installation so the finished room looks like it was always meant to be exactly this way.
BUILT-INS, MEDIA WALLS & WALL UNITS
A great media wall does more than hold a television — it organizes a room around the way you actually live in it. We engineer the screen spacing, the floating shelves, the concealed components, and the lighting as one system, so the technology recedes and the architecture carries the room.
We design wire management and component ventilation from the start, so nothing is retrofitted or exposed. Backlit niches, stone inlays, integrated fireplace surrounds, and LED cove lighting are all planned at the drawing stage, not bolted on at the end. Every panel is matched in grain and finish to run seamlessly wall to wall.
We also build home office walls, library configurations, display systems, and full architectural wall units — anything designed to live in the wall rather than against it. Clean, contemporary lines or a fully bespoke configuration — no spacing, shape, or component layout is too particular. We design it to complement what’s already in the home, then build and install it to vanish into the wall it lives on.
CLOSETS & DRESSING ROOMS
A closet should make getting dressed effortless. Ours are designed around what you own and how you reach for it — proper hanging heights, the right ratio of shelving to drawers, and accessories that earn their place: pull-out hampers, jewelry inserts, valet rods, adjustable shelving.
We build full dressing rooms with center islands, upholstered seating, integrated mirrors, and lighting that reads true to color — the kind of space that turns a morning routine into something genuinely pleasant. Every component is custom-dimensioned to your ceiling height, your floor plan, and your wardrobe.
We’re at our best in the tight, awkward spaces other builders give up on, finding storage and order where there seemed to be none. ARCHITECTURAL MILLWORK
Cabinetry sets the tone of a room; millwork ties it together. Crown molding, coffered ceilings, wood beam details, wall paneling, wainscoting, column wraps, and radius profiles — we manufacture the details that make a space feel finished and intentional, matched in species and finish to the cabinetry around them.
Feature walls in wood slat, fluted panel, or bookmatched veneer. Floating staircases with custom balustrades. Entry foyers with full-height paneling and integrated console millwork. Curved walls, arched openings, and multi-piece assemblies that most shops won’t even quote — these are the projects we are built for.
This is the work that’s easy to overlook and impossible to fake. Most shops won’t attempt the radius work or the multi-piece crown assemblies that a high-end interior demands. Because we design and manufacture everything in Deerfield Beach, we can hold the tolerances and control the finishes that make architectural millwork look genuinely custom, not just close.
WET BARS & WINE WALLS
A custom bar elevates every gathering. We design and build wet bars, dry bars, wine walls, and full bar rooms — integrating refrigeration, ice makers, wine columns, glass storage, and custom lighting into a single seamless millwork piece. Every surface, every edge, every reveal is our own work.
Backlit stone panels, onyx bar fronts, floating shelving with integrated bottle display, glass-enclosed wine walls with climate control — we engineer the drama and build the structure to support it. The plumbing, electrical, and appliance cutouts are all coordinated from the drawing stage so the finished bar installs cleanly with no gaps and no compromises.
