Custom Kitchens
Designed, engineered, finished, and installed under one roof in our Deerfield Beach factory. We are a manufacturer, not a dealer.
Custom Kitchen Cabinets South Florida — Designed, Built, and Installed by One Team
The kitchen is the most demanding cabinetry in the house — it has to work every day and look extraordinary doing it. At Sunshine Alliance, we design and build every kitchen from scratch in our Deerfield Beach facility, engineered to your space, your appliances, and your finish. We are a manufacturer, not a dealer: every cabinet is fabricated by us, not ordered from a catalog.
The scale behind a single kitchen
Drawn, Engineered, and Built in One Place
A kitchen has more moving parts than any room in the house — appliance clearances, plumbing runs, panel reveals, and the point where three trades have to meet on one wall. We resolve all of it on paper first, in our own drawings, then carry the job through engineering, fabrication, finishing, and installation without it ever leaving the building. What gets approved on the drawing is what gets installed, because the same shop drew it, cut it, and hung it.
That single chain of authorship is why a Sunshine Alliance kitchen still closes square years later. There is no fabricator handing off to an installer who never saw the drawings, and no second company to point at when a door drifts out of line — the team that built the kitchen is the team standing in it.

From a Galley to a Double-Island Showpiece
We build the full range: a compact galley with floor-to-ceiling storage, a transitional island kitchen with a marble waterfall, a handle-free modern kitchen in high gloss, or a double-island showpiece with a full appliance wall and a walk-in pantry. Tall cabinets, integrated appliance panels, hidden charging drawers, spice and tray dividers, and lit glass display are all drawn around the way you cook — not forced into a standard module.
Every cabinet is engineered to your ceiling height, your appliances, and your wall, so the finished kitchen uses every inch and looks like it was built for the room, because it was.
Let’s draw your kitchen first
Bring us your space, your appliances, and your finish. We’ll engineer the kitchen around them — before a single part is cut.

Construction and Hardware
A kitchen takes more daily use than any cabinetry in the house, so every box is built on 3/4″ case construction with CNC-precision joinery. You choose the drawer box to suit the work — dovetailed solid-maple boxes for a traditional, joinery-forward feel, or the Blum LEGRABOX system for a clean European profile. Either way the hardware is Blum throughout — the industry’s benchmark for cabinet motion — and every door and drawer runs soft-close and full-extension, so nothing slams and everything opens to its full depth.
Inside, the kitchen is engineered around how you actually cook: full-depth pull-outs that carry weight without sag, tray and spice dividers, hidden charging and waste pull-outs, and tall units built to the ceiling rather than stopped short. Nothing is adapted from a standard module — every cabinet is drawn for your wall, your appliances, and your stone.
Finished in Our Own Spray Booth
Color is unlimited and the finish is entirely ours to control. From a dead-matte lacquer close to the wood, through every step of satin, to a polished high gloss — plus stain, glaze, and distressing — we mix and spray every kitchen in our own Deerfield Beach booth. Nothing leaves to be finished elsewhere.
Because finishing is in-house, the color is matched to whatever sets the room — a paint chip, the island stone, a sample door — and sprayed consistently across every cabinet, so the whole kitchen reads as one room rather than a set of separately finished parts. On wood, we grain-match all the parts so the figure runs continuously across doors and panels.
Every Style. Every Scale. Fully Custom.
Warm traditional wood, crisp painted Shaker, handle-free modern in high gloss, book-matched walnut — we work across every style and finish. From a single galley to a two-island kitchen, every cabinet is drawn around your appliances and cut in Deerfield Beach before it reaches your home.
Beyond the Kitchen — The Whole Connected Space
A kitchen rarely stops at the kitchen, so we build the rest of it too: a matching butler’s pantry, a connected bar or wine wall, banquette seating, and the surrounding millwork and built-ins that tie the space together. We coordinate to your stone, your appliances, and your lighting plan so the whole open-plan space reads as one continuous, considered design.
For the bar or wine wall beside it, see our Bars & Wine Walls; for the surrounding paneling and built-ins, see our Architectural Millwork and Custom Built-Ins — one team builds them all to match.
For the Designers, Architects, and Builders We Work With
Bring us in at the drawing stage and we will protect the kitchen design the whole way through — engineering to your detail, holding your appliance and panel spec, and keeping the client relationship yours. You get clean shop drawings, real finish samples, and one team coordinating with the appliance, plumbing, and counter trades on site. It’s why designers and builders hand us the kitchen when it has to be right the first time.
The Sunshine Alliance Standard
The kitchens we build come off the same floor that, in 2025 alone, cut 8,186 sheets, assembled 10,200 cabinet boxes, and produced and installed 17,650 parts across 635 projects — with more than two decades of manufacturing behind every one, out of a Deerfield Beach factory that doubled in size for 2026. When a kitchen has to be right the first time, builders, designers, and homeowners across South Florida’s finest homes hand it to us. Designed, engineered, built, and installed in-house. One team, one standard.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you actually build the kitchens, or order them in?
We build them. Every Sunshine Alliance kitchen is drawn, cut, finished, and installed by our own team on our production floor in Deerfield Beach — we’re the manufacturer, not a dealer reselling a catalog line. One shop is accountable from the first drawing to the last door.
Is the kitchen fully custom or semi-custom?
Fully custom. Every cabinet is engineered to your ceiling height, your appliances, and your finish rather than sized from a standard module, so the kitchen uses every inch of the room and looks built for it — because it was.
Can you match the kitchen to a specific appliance package or stone?
Yes. We draw the kitchen around your exact appliances and panel them in, cut the counters and integrations to your slab, and match the finish to your stone or paint in our own spray booth so the room reads as one piece.
How long does a custom kitchen take to build?
Plan on roughly 8–14 weeks of production once shop drawings are approved, depending on size and finish. You’ll get a firm timeline at your consultation once the design is locked.
